Surfside Burger Bar in Meredith NH is in search of a General Manager to assist the owner with daily operations.

Surfside has exploded in sales volume over the last few years and adding a true leader to our team is exactly what we need to keep this train rolling. 

This position is FT and will require night and weekend availability, but flexibility with our schedule is the name of the game. We want someone who wants to become part of the family here, not just a job. 

The position will require great people skills. Both with our customers and most definitely with our amazing staff. You'll have to be a leader and make decisions on the fly that are best for the restaurant. You'll need to be tough but patient, and willing to jump in and get your hands dirty. 

You will not have a drug or alcohol problem. Read that again. 

You will be compensated very well for your hard work. After a probationary period, you will be eligible to earn a percentage of our sales. Bonuses for things like food cost savings, etc. Save Surfside money...make yourself more money. 

You will understand food costing. You will understand employee scheduling. You will understand spreadsheets and how to create and utilize them.

You will work alongside FOH & Kitchen managers/employees to assist with sales reps and ordering. 

Applicants should have plenty of restaurant experience. Management experience is even better. 

This is a year round position and we are a very busy restaurant.
